Whole30 / 2 - The Second Day

Today was Day 2 of my Whole30 -- or as I like to say, Let The Cravings Begin. 

Today I:

  • Saw a girl carrying takeout pizza boxes and almost took her down
  • Came this close to buying a bottle of wine on the way home
  • Possibly left a puddle of drool on the floor of the cookie aisle at the grocery store
  • Thought about cheese a lot. A LOT.

However, in the end I stuck to the plan. 

Breakfast: Sweet potato hash, avocado, coffee
Lunch: Salad with spinach, carrots, chicken, avocado, almonds, olive oil and vinegar
Dinner: Chicken, Broccoli, about 1/3 of a sweet potato
Snack: Red grapes, raw cashews, raw almonds

No photos again today. I've had a terrible time waking up in the mornings, which means throwing my meals together becomes a bit of a mad scramble. I guess I'm still adjusting from vacation, but this is just one more reason while I really need this diet change again. No energy, tired all the time, depressed and feeling basically worthless. Yup, definitely time for a change.
