Lucky you're so cute.
And on top of that, I was definitely suffering from the Whole30 day two 'hangover'. Headache, tired, brain fog - the works. If you ever do a Whole30, bear in mind that the first few days kind of suck. Especially if you've been living off wine, stuffing and Toblerone for the last three weeks. Apparently.
But the only thing to do is power through, so power through I did.
When I woke up this morning, I actually wasn't that hungry. I was going to have eggs, avocado and sardines, but couldn't stomach the thought of the sardines. Instead I just had eggs, spinach and a bit of avocado. This was perfect, actually.
Once I got to work I had a coffee with coconut milk. A very, very large coffee.
For lunch I had a salad with spinach, shredded cabbage, poached chicken breast, avocado and cilantro. I dressed it with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Yum. Avocado in salad is the best thing ever, no??
In the afternoon, I had a kiwi.
In fact, when I was done, I was still hungry, so I also had a bit of yesterday's coconut curry soup. And then a few grapes. And now a cup of peppermint tea.
